Be specific: Provide as much information as possible to help crews find the pothole.

• Municipality
• Street name or State Route number (found on small, black-and-white signs posted along state roadways)
• Familiar landmarks in the area 

The hotline may also be used to report maintenance concerns other than potholes, such as deer removal or signage issues.
